Transforming Legal Aid – Response Due ?

There are reports circulating on Twitter from informed sources that the Ministry of Justice will be delivering its response to the current consultation on Thursday and issuing  a new short consultation on its final proposals .

It has apparently not taken too long to digest the thousands of responses . The Lord Chancellor has already declined to wait for further parliamentary investigations and debate .
