Dementia Friends Training – 2nd December 1PM

The Society is offering Dementia Friend’s Training on 2nd December 2015 at 1PM – Offices of Atherton & Godfrey

Vicky Sladdin will lead the training and will deliver an information session to help raise awareness about how you can make a difference to people living with dementia  in your community. Dementia Friends is an  Alzheimers Society programme which aims to change people’s perceptions of dementia. It aims to transform the way the nation thinks, acts and talks about the condition, to make the community more dementia friendly.

We are sure every firm will want to ensure its people are trained to help people suffering with the condition .

There is no formal fee for the session but we are suggesting that there should be a £10 donation to help raise funds for the Alzheimers Society
