South Yorkshire Civil Courts Protocol – 7th April 2020

The Resident Judge HHJ Graham Robinson on behalf of the South Yorkshire Court Service has now issued a protocol on how the Court Service will be dealing with Civil Work - confirming that remote working using Skype for Buisness will be the default  position .

Of Course the Civil and Family Courts have been using remote working to case manage cases for a considerable period of time .

Users should be aware that the Court will therefore be doing its very best to facilitate the administraiton of justice in South Yorkshire continuing subject to the Protocol .
