SRA Consult on future of SIF - with closure at risk
The SRA have now launched a formal consultation on the Solicitors Indemnity Fund and the clear direciton of travel appears to be towards a closure of the fund with a consequent risk to the public and all solicitors .

The deadline for responses is 15th February 2022
